7. Protection of your data when visiting our website
To protect your stored personal data, we have taken extensive technical, administrative and organizational security precautions to protect them from unauthorized access and misuse. To ensure the confidentiality of this data, we use state-of-the-art IT security systems.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet, for example when communicating by e-mail, can have security gaps and is not fully protected against access by third parties. It is your own responsibility to ensure that the computer you are using is adequately secured and protected from malware. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for the security of your data during transmission and reject any liability.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by others.
8. Data collection on our website
a) Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
- Visited pages (subpages)
This data cannot be assigned to a specific person.
We are not able to draw conclusions about your identity. The data of the log files are always stored separately from other personal data.
We process this data to deliver the content of our website and to ensure the functionality of our information technology systems, to optimize our website and to evaluate system security and stability.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for the data processing is Article 6. 1f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest to ensure the error-free presentation and security of our website.
b) Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Article 6 1b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us (Article 6 1f GDPR) or on your consent (Article. 6 1a GDPR) if this has been requested.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
c) Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter on our website. We only send newsletters to recipients who have consented to receiving the newsletter and within the framework of the statutory provisions. In order to subscribe to a newsletter from us, it is necessary to provide an e-mail address. If necessary, we collect additional data, for example to provide our newsletter with a personal address. However, this information is voluntary.
Our newsletter will only be sent after the so-called double opt-in procedure has been completed. If visitors to our online offer decide to receive our newsletter, they will receive a confirmation e-mail, which is intended to prevent the misuse of incorrect e-mail addresses and to rule out the sending of the newsletter being triggered by a simple, possibly accidental click . Subscription to our newsletter can be terminated at any time for the future. An unsubscribe link (opt-out link) is included at the end of each newsletter. We are obliged to provide evidence that our subscribers actually wanted to receive the newsletter. For this purpose, we collect and store the IP address and the time of registration and deregistration.

You can set the evaluation by deleting existing cookies and preventing the storage of cookies. If you prevent the storage of cookies, we point out that you may not be able to use this website in full. Preventing the storage of cookies is possible through the setting in your browser.
We use Matomo with the extension "AnonymizeIP". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that they cannot be directly linked to a specific person. The IP address transmitted by your browser via Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.
The Matomo program is an open source project. Information from the third-party provider on data protection is available at https://matomo.org/privacy-policy/.

We have included the tool locally on our sever. The tool automates and optimizes our marketing activities. We can build forms and landing pages, plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns, and manage our customer data.
We also analyze the user behavior of our website visitors. Based on this, we can trigger further marketing actions.
With Mautic, we use a technology that enables cross-site recognition of the user to analyze user behavior (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). We receive an individual ID from you as a website visitor, with which you can be recognized when you visit the website again.
We process the following data:
- The IP address
- The language of the user

c) Open Street Map
A map that is showing the location of our company is embedded on this website. This map uses data from OpenStreetMap, a free project with the purpose of collecting freely usable geodata and keeping it in a database for use by anyone (Open Data). In order for the map to be displayed to you, information about your use of this website, including your IP address, is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. These services are operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom. In order for the map to be displayed to you, information about the use of the OSM services is forwarded to OpenStreetMap. In addition, a so-called session cookie is stored on the visitor's computer. Details can be found in the section "Cookies". You can find out how OpenStreetMap stores your data on the OpenStreetMap privacy page.
d) Youtube
We use the platform YouTube.com to post our own videos and make them available in public. YouTube is the service of a third party, namely YouTube LLC.
Some Internet pages of our offer contain links or connections to the YouTube offer. In general, we are not responsible for the content of websites to which links are provided. In the event that you follow a link to YouTube, however, we would like to point out that YouTube stores the data of its users (e.g. personal information, IP address) in accordance with its own data usage guidelines and uses it for business purposes.
On some of our web pages, we also directly integrate videos stored on YouTube. With this integration, content from the YouTube website is displayed in parts of a browser window. However, the YouTube videos are only called up by clicking on them separately. This technique is also called "framing". When you call up a (sub-)page of our website on which YouTube videos are embedded in this form, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the content is displayed on the website by informing your browser.
YouTube content is only integrated in "extended data protection mode". YouTube itself provides this mode and therefore ensures that YouTube does not initially save any cookies on your device. However, when the relevant pages are called up, the IP address and the other data mentioned transmitted and thus information is provided as to which of our Internet pages you have visited. However, this information cannot be assigned to you unless you have logged in to YouTube or another Google service (e.g., Google+) before accessing the page or are permanently logged in.
As soon as you start the playback of an embedded video by clicking on it, YouTube only stores cookies on your device through the extended privacy mode, which do not contain any personally identifiable data, unless you are currently logged in to a Google service. These cookies can be prevented by appropriate browser settings and extensions.
